goSerial

goSerial is a serial communications program I'm working on. It's currently in alpha stage (i.e. not feature complete).

Planned features include:

• connect to any serial device (USB adapters work fine)
• supports speeds up to 230400 bps
• use any existing command line transfer protocols (e.g. lrzsz)
• integrated scripting language; downwards compatible with ARA CCL (i.e. use existing modem scripts)
• open as much terminal windows as you like simultaneously
• uses standard tool bar
• log incoming traffic as binary data (XML planned)
• use functions keys for sending text or files or for starting scripts
• emulation modes (planned): VT102, PC-ANSI
• optional autosave feature for open windows
